Double Room in Clapham South – Social, Active House with Home Gym

We’ve got a great double room available in our house in Clapham South, living with three friendly, sociable professionals.

The House:

- Spacious house in a great location, close to Clapham South station and the Common
- All bills included (including a cleaner every 2 weeks)
- Garage gym with squat rack and bench.
- Fully furnished communal areas with a relaxed, homely feel

The Household:
You’ll be living with:

- Me (32) – work in sports betting
- My sister Caz (27) – works in real estate
- Will (27) – lawyer

Lifestyle:

- We’re all in the office at least 3 days a week
- We take turns cooking during the week, so ideally looking for someone keen to get involved

Who We’re Looking For:

- Professional, similar age (mid-20s to early 30s)
- Clean, considerate, and up for being part of the house
