Spare Double Bedroom in Terraced Victorian House

Short or long-term let. Double bedroom coming available from late July (or Aug 1) to replace myself as the 4th housemate in a 4 bedroom house. Current lease goes through November 2026, with ability to renew.

2 males/1 female will remain in the house, all between 26-31, all full-time employed across a balance of in-office/WFH/travel for work schedules.

Room includes large white wardrobe and white dresser pictured; does not include bed, mattress, or side tables -- but bed frame could be discussed if needed.

Bedroom has great natural light, a blackout window shade. Room is quiet and calm, as it faces the garden/back side of the house. This room is on the first floor and shares the first floor bathroom with 2 other housemates. Also has access to shared ground floor bathroom.

A lovely modern Victorian home with relaxed and responsive landlord, friendly and organized housemates, plus regular scheduled cleaners. House is 4 bedroom/2.5 bathrooms, plus 2 lounges, south facing garden, and full updated kitchen with washer, dryer, and dishwasher.

Located in a very comfortable and safe neighborhood, with no road noise. Short walk from Clapham Common West side, Clapham South Station, Balham Station, Lockdown Bakehouse, M&S, Tesco, and Sainsburys, etc.
