Hi, I’m Rachel, a friendly, easy going professional working in digital media sales in London. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and social. I appreciate a relaxed, comfortable home environment where everyone is considerate of each other’s space. It would be lovely to live with a housemate who enjoys the occasional glass / bottle of wine, dinner or good chats together, whilst also having our own independent lives. Outside of work I enjoy Pilates, some fitness classes I don’t enjoy so much 🤣, travelling, discovering new restaurants and spending time with friends and having fun! I’m looking for an easy going flatmate who is like minded with a positive outlook and easy to live with. The flat is modern, has a good sized double bedroon, a south facing garden so if you do smoke that’s all good outside. The bathroom is modern with a bath and walk in shower. There is plenty of storage space for clothes in the fitted wardrobes. The council tax is Wandsworth. All bills included in the rent including sky TV and broadband. Transport links are amazing. The Northern line is 2 mins away, Balham train station a 15 min walk, CJ 30 mins. Close to shops, the common, lots of cute independent coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and shops and a Sainsbury’s local open late.
