Double room, 5mins from tube, available from Sept

Hey all, we're looking for a new friendly flatmate to move into our 4-bed Clapham South flat as our current flatmate is moving out. It's perfectly located with Clapham South tube station less than a 5 minute walk, the Common on your doorstep, and Clapham High St and Balham just down the road.
The kitchen is fully-fitted with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and your own cupboard and fridge-freezer all to yourself. The living room is big, and connects to the balcony which is amazing in summer. There are two bathrooms, so you'll only have to share with one other. The bedroom itself is a small double. It comes with a double wardrobe and a personal TV.
We are 3 easy-going young professionals in their mid-20s who equally like their own space but prefer having a social flat. We enjoy chill TV nights, trips to the pub quiz and occasional nights out, so we're looking for someone to fit the same vibe!
Rent is £750 not incl. bills (although bills are cheap as Wandsworth has such low council tax; Council Tax Band C). Deposit is £894 and held in secure scheme.
The contract is 2-month rolling, provided you find a replacement when you leave, but we are ideally looking to find a long term flatmate to join the gang :)
