A double room is becoming available in our lovely 3-bedroom end-terrace house, just a 5-minute walk from Clapham South Underground station. As an added bonus, the room comes with exclusive access to a spacious annex, making it ideal as a home office or extra storage. I’m moving to Wembley, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 17th August.

The house is shared with two friendly, sporty, laid-back professional guys (brothers from Surrey) who are easy to live with. Everyone has their own routines, but it’s a sociable, relaxed house with a great atmosphere.

We’re ideally looking for a friendly professional aged around 26–34 who is clean, respectful and looking for a relaxed, easy-going home rather than just somewhere to stay.
