Hi girls! A room has become available in our 3 bed flat in Clapham South and we are looking for a new girl to join us!

🏠Rent is £995 pcm excluding bills (which usually come to around £150 a month including gas & electric, water, wifi, council tax and a cleaner twice a month🧼). The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, shelves and desk so there is loads of storage! The flat has 1 bathroom and a separate WC, a kitchen and a lovely little garden which has been amazing with all the lovely weather this summer. We don’t have a living room but we’re not big film/TV people anyway (we do love a yap and a wine in the garden or at the kitchen table)

📍 The location of the flat is amazing! 1-2 min walk to Clapham South station, 2 mins to big Tesco and Clapham Common just over the road.

👭 You’ll be living with Lizzie (25) and Emma (26). We’re both pretty busy during the week with work/sports so like to keep a nice chilled/homely vibe in the flat but enjoy spending time together at the weekends! We love going for brunch, to the pub, going out for dinner, having BBQs in the garden and picnics on the common! We’re both also pretty active and love running, tennis, netball, swimming etc. We’re looking for a girl ages 23-28 who is clean, tidy and social to keep the lovely friendly vibe of the flat🥰
