You'd be living with 3 super friendly housemates in their early 30s who really enjoy making the house a home together, but also have their own things going on too so there's no pressure to socialise 24/7.

In addition to the 4 bedrooms there's a small spare room that's used as an office, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, and a garden that gets the best of the afternoon sun! We've also got a small room that houses two freezers, so there's lots of space for storage.

It's a 7 minute walk to Clapham South Station, and there's a Tesco, Sainsbury's Local, and M&S Foodhall by the station which are great for a food shop. Balham and Clapham Common are a short walk away for larger supermarkets, pubs and restaurants nearby.

Rent is £860 a month, and Bills are between £130-£180 depending on the time of year. This includes water, council tax, internet, gas/electric, a fortnightly cleaner, and shared household items. The room also comes with a bed/mattress, bedside unit, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There's a deposit of £780 and a referencing fee of £50.
