A spacious furnished double room is available in a comfortable owner-occupied second-floor flat in Clapham Park (between Balham and Clapham South).

The flat is currently being prepared for sale, so furnishings are intentionally fairly minimal, but everything is clean, comfortable and functional. This is a peaceful home rather than a busy house share.

As I’m in the process of relocating, you’ll often find you have the flat largely to yourself, although I retain use of the property and return from time to time.

There is currently no fixed broadband, as I cancelled it during my plan to move. The flat has excellent 5G mobile coverage, making mobile data or a hotspot a practical alternative for many people.

I have two s/m dogs plus one cat. They will be travelling with me.
