Hello !! We’re looking for a friendly tidy flat mate to move into to our home as our flat mate Oshana is moving out after five years!

Bills: Roughly £80-100 a month

📍 Where we are
5 min walk to Calpham South tube
10 min walk to Balham station
Balham high street is super close with all the shops u need. Big sainsbury’s / Tesco / Waitrose. And lots of cute cafes near by.

🕺The vibe
Ideal for someone who works hybrid/mainly in the office like me and Rubie.

Although we go out occasionally, we’re not a big party house. Would rather a cosy evening watching a movie.

We’re looking for someone who’s planning to stay in the flat for at least a year, ideally longer.

We have a pretty chill cleaning rota for our communal spaces to keep the flat nice for everyone (no arguments over this tho haha)

We both have our friend groups in London and times where we keep to ourselves but also enjoy the occasional movie night or trip to the pub together.

💃 About us
I’m Isla and work in marketing/social media for a classical music agency. I like movies, music, coffee and art.

Rubie works in product at a tech agency. She likes overpriced matcha, brunches and pilates.
