We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our 3-bed flat, sharing with two girls, both 28.

The flat is split over two floors, so it feels really spacious, with two bathrooms, a garden and a separate work-from-home space in the living room, ideal if you occasionally work from home without wanting to be stuck in your bedroom all day.

Our current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone who wants to join a genuinely friendly, sociable flat rather than somewhere everyone just keeps to themselves.

We’re close friends and love doing things together… think brunches, wine nights, dinners, the occasional tennis session and trips to the pub, but we also have our own lives and are very respectful of each other’s space. We’d love someone who wants to get involved and feels like part of the flat, while still having their own thing going on.

We’re both 28, so ideally looking for someone around a similar age and, as we both have a mix of work/life commitments, someone who is in the office a few days a week would probably fit the flat best.

Overall, we’re looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who wants a fun, relaxed, girly home rather than just a room to rent. 💕
