There’s also private access to a large garden and patio, perfect for BBQs, drinks and summer evenings ☀️
There’s an additional storage cupboard outside the bedroom, plenty of loft space and a parking permit available for right outside the flat.

The flat is also very WFH-friendly — we both work hybrid and would be very happy to have another hybrid worker!

👯‍♀️ Who you’ll be living with
You’ll be sharing with two girls in their early 30s who are friends, so we’re looking for someone who’d enjoy becoming part of a friendly home.
We’re sociable and love a chat after work, pub trips, going for food and the occasional flat dinner, but we also respect each other’s space and downtime.

We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, considerate and keen to be involved, rather than a housemate who wants to keep completely to themselves.
