Sunny double room in Clapham South

Hey! I’m looking for a friendly flatmate to join me and one other flatmate in a bright 3-bedroom flat, which is just a 5-minute walk from Clapham South station.

The flat has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a relaxed, homely feel. The location is fantastic with great tube links to the Northern line nearby, and loads of shops and cafes right on our doorstep.

Sadly, my flatmate is leaving this flat, so me and my other flatmate are looking for a third housemate to join us! Hoping to find a sociable person who'd like be part of a warm and welcoming home, not just a place to crash. LGBTQ+ friendly, non-smokers preferred, and unfortunately, no pets (landlord rules!) xx
