Description
We are currently in the final stages of applying for a flat but one of our housemates has had to drop out last minute. So we will need to know by Monday 31st if you want to get involved. We are doing it through an agency so there will be fees initially, around ÃÂã200.
Anyways for the actual house, we have a double room available in a 4 person flat/house available from 20th September. The flat is currently being refurbed by the landlord so will be fresh for us to move in. It has a private garden which is ideal as you must be partial to a bit of mid week drinking.
Bills shouldn't come to more than ÃÂã70 per month.
