All our houses are maintained and managed by Safe Relocations so you pay one monthly bill plus a utility contribution of £14.81, and we will sort out the rest. Included in your monthly rental payment are all bills, such as Electricity, Water, Gas, Council Tax, Wifi and TV Licence.

We have provided your new home with a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas to help you and your roomies to have a nice, clean and tidy home. We also provide free Wi-Fi for the whole household.
