Available seven days a week but also happy to consider weekday rentals.

Our ensuite studio room has its own entrance with some outside space. Inside, there is a kitchen area with combination microwave oven, a single induction hob, fridge, and washer-dryer. There is a top of the range sofabed, smart TV and WiFi. The ensuite contains a wash basin, WC and shower. The studio is cleaned weekly and we are happy to supply bedding and towels.

The property is a two minute walk from Clapton station on a quiet tree-lined street, close to great restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and open spaces including Hackney Marshes and Abney Park Cemetery. Both Stoke Newington and Hackney Central are within walking distance. The QEII Olympic Park and all its facilities are close by along with Westfield Stratford Centre, and the City and West End are easily accessible by bicycle or public transport. The Weaver Line trains from Clapton connect with Liverpool Street in 10 minutes or the Victoria Line from Walthamstow Central in 5 minutes. Car parking permits can be arranged.

We are looking for someone seeking a comfortable, clean and attractive base of their own. We are open to discussion on renting for two or three days a week at a reduced rate.
