I'm looking for two new housemates to join me in the flat in Lower Clapton.

Both rooms are doubles facing the garden. The flat is on a quiet road just two minutes from Chatsworth Road, with secure bike storage outside the house. It’s also about a 10-minute walk to both Hackney Central and Homerton Overground stations.

Available from 12 April 2026 (unfortunately no flexibility on the dates).

Double Room 1 is a spacious double with a double bed frame and built-in wardrobe. It gets great natural light throughout the day and has plenty of floor space for a desk or chest of drawers to make it your own.
Rent: £830.

Double Room 2 is a smaller double with a small built-in wardrobe, fixed desk and drawers. There’s also space outside the room where a chest of drawers could be added for extra storage if needed.
Rent: £780.

I’m looking to share with professional women in their thirties. The atmosphere in the house has always been calm, friendly and considerate. I love when people come over for the occasional dinner or pop by, but it’s definitely not a party house. I’m looking for people who want to help keep the flat a nice place to live, keep shared spaces tidy and be considerate towards others.

Some furniture will be moving out with the current flatmates, so ideally looking for people happy to share buying a few things for communal use.

A bit about me: I'm late thirties, mostly work from home, but travel a lot and am usually away 2–4 months a year. I’m very outdoorsy, obsessed with surfing (even though I’m not very good at it), gym, random sports, and the occasional cultural event.
