Cute double room in lush location by River Lea

A cute double room has become available in this peaceful flat surrounded by nature. I am Ella, I'm 36 year old live-in landlady -looking for a temp 2-3 months) lodger to take the sublet a bedroom in my adorable riverside flat alongside my fab permanent lodger Fran who is 30 and is a sustainable fashion designer.

I am UNBELIEVABLY grateful for this flat's lush location and having such amazing natural surroundings on the doorstep. Being right by the river and marshes brings me pure joy!

In the estate we also have an excellent community of fun vibey neighbours and we often meet up for drinks/ walks (we even go to festivals together!)

The flat is small but has more than enough living space. It has retro decor and comes fully-furnished.

I am currently attending to my mum’s healthcare needs in West Sussex and as such I am flexible with regards to move in and move out dates. I would occasionally come and crash on the living room sofabed and ensure you and Fran are compensated accordingly.
The vibe is laid back, fun, we like dancing and watching films and sharing food and chilling really hard.
The ideal housemate would be someone Fran can be mates with - easy going, have a good sense of humour and share similar interests (fashion, music, business, sustainability). First and foremost I want Fran to feel comfortable and I want the you to feel comfortable as well. Not suited to extreme neat-freaks or messy people - a relaxed and clean happy medium.

The flat was rented out on airbnb for 2 years and I had superhost status on there as everyone has a great experience.
