Double Room Lower Clapton

We have 1 beautiful large double room available in our Lower Clapton shared house. We are a LGBTQI-friendly household, sorry we are not accepting couples.

About the room: Rent is £730 and bills are £111pm (including bi-weekly cleaner). available from 24th October. The room is on the third floor -comes furnished with a double bed, desk, draws and clothing rail.

The House:
It is a 5-bedroom renovated house on a quiet residential street. The house has a lovely garden (with a bbq), an open-plan kitchen with a lounge, and a separate living room which is all shared communally. We have a separate toilet on the ground floor, next door to a walk-in shower. Then an upstairs bathroom which has a bath/shower and another toilet. We also have storage under the stairs where we like to keep our bikes and a laundry drying room up stairs.

Location:
The house is located 7 mins walk from Homerton Overground so it has great transport links. We are around 5 minute walk from Chatsworth road which has loads of great local stores and a market on a Sunday. It is also close to hackney marshes/canal which is lovely for a quiet walk.

Housemates:
Currently we are a house of 5, ages of 28-32 made up of Jack, Paul, Elle and Hugo

We have been living in the house for a few years and made it our home. We are an easy going respectful household who enjoy cooking together and visiting the pub so looking for someone who has similar interests.
