Double Room Lower Clapton House -Available 5th Jan

We have 1 beautiful large double room available in our Lower Clapton shared house. We are a LGBTQI-friendly household, sorry we are not accepting couples.

About the room: Rent is £680 and bills are £110 pm (including bi-weekly cleaner). available from 16th Jan. Ground floor -comes furnished with a King sized bed, wardrobe and a lovely old (boarded up) fireplace. Sid (current tenant) is open to selling some of the other furniture pictured in there if you're interested.

The House:
It is a 5-bedroom renovated house on a quiet residential street. The house has a lovely garden (with a bbq), an open-plan kitchen with a lounge, and a separate living room which is all shared communally. We have a separate toilet on the ground floor, next door to a walk-in shower. Then an upstairs bathroom which has a bath/shower and another toilet. We also have storage under the stairs where we like to keep our bikes and a laundry drying room up stairs.

Location:
The house is located 7 mins walk from Homerton Overground so it has great transport links. We are around 5 minute walk from Chatsworth road which has loads of great local stores and a market on a Sunday. It is also close to hackney marshes/canal which is lovely for a quiet walk.

Housemates:
Currently we are a house of 5, ages of 28-32. Bit more about us...
Reeshy (She/Her): Originally from Newcastle but moved to London to work in Fashion. Works from home 3 days a week and in the office other days. Interests include going to the pub with pals, and trying to use the gym membership she is paying for.
Jack (He/Him): Works for a charity with hybrid working, when he's not helping the world he loves a festival & climbing.
Imogen (They/Them): Works in the music industry and is a super chill and lovely.

We have been living in the house for a few years and made it our home. We are an easy going respectful household who enjoy cooking together and visiting the pub so looking for someone who has similar interests. Please note unfortunately we won't be able to have any more pets as Lenny the cat likes to be the centre of attention.
