Double Room Lower Clapton House - Long Term

We have a beautiful large double room available in our Lower Clapton shared house. Rent is £690pcm, + Bills which are approx £110pcm depending on usage.
Room: first floor, it comes furnished with a comfy double bed & built in wardrobes.
We are a LGBTQI-friendly household, sorry we are not accepting couples. Looking for a FEMALE/INTERSEX person to take the room.

The House:
It is a 5-bedroom renovated house on a quiet residential street. The house has a lovely garden (with a bbq), an open-plan kitchen with a lounge, and a separate living room which is all shared communally. We have a separate toilet on the ground floor, next door to a walk-in shower. Then an upstairs bathroom which has a bath/shower and another toilet.
The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor along with a small room we use as a laundry room. We also have storage under the stairs where we like to keep our bikes.

Location:
The house is located 7 mins walk from Homerton Overground so it has great transport links. We are around 5 minute walk from Chatsworth road which has loads of great local stores and a market on a Sunday. It is also close to hackney marshes/canal which is lovely for a quiet walk.

Housemates:
Currently we are a house of 1 female, and 3 males between the ages of 28-31. Bit more about us...
Reeshy (She/Her): Originally from Newcastle but moved to London to work in Fashion. Works from home 3 days a week and in the office other days. Interests include going to the pub with pals, and trying to use the gym membership she is paying for.
Jack (He/Him): Works for a charity with hybrid working, when he's not helping the world he loves a festival & climbing.
Gerry(He/Him): Works at a coffee shop. When he is not at the pub you may catch him doing a casual half marathon. Could also be awarded for an unbeatable record on Mario Kart.
Sid (he/him) a half Irish half English sound engineer. Good with cables and a great lover of Barry’s tea. If you don’t see him cycling everywhere and anywhere, he’ll be in his studio mixing.
Last but not least we have the lovely Lenny who is our resident cat. He belongs to Reeshy so she takes care of him. You will mainly find him snoozing between meals or flirting with the other cats outside.

The room will be available from the 20th of February, we are looking for someone to stay long term. We have been living in the house for over a year and made it our home. We are an easy going respectful household who enjoy cooking together and visiting the pub so looking for someone who has similar interests. Please note unfortunately we won't be able to have any more pets as Lenny likes to be the centre of attention.
