We have a double bedroom available from Dec 1st when our contract renews.
My current flatmate is leaving London so I am looking for a second tenant for the property. The room is unfurnished and has a floor to ceiling window for lots of natural light, even on grey days. We have an open kitchen and lounge space and good sized bathroom. The building is right on the riverside in Millfields park, near to Clapton overground station, Walthamstow Marshes and Chatsworth Road.
I work hybrid days some in the office, some from home but 9-5 hours through the week. I like fresh flowers in the house, keeping plants alive, cooking together etc. and a lived-in but clean space.
Requirements: LGBTQIA+ friendly, clean and tidy, likes food and films.
