Before I get onto talking about this really lovely property, there's a couple of things you'll need to be aware of / cool with:

1. This is a three month term as things stand because the property is on the market for sale. It's quite possible I'll be able to extend the three month term, but I cannot guarantee this. It will depend on the status of the sale
2. Therefore, there will be viewings on the property. You won’t need to be in the flat for these, unless you want to be, you'll just need to give access to an estate agent on pre-agreed days.

I can't say how many viewings there will be sure, but on average recently there has been around 2 viewings per week.

In short this is a perfect rental for someone looking for a short term let. The price is lower than the market value for this reason.

I have lived here for many years, so it's furnished as a home, not a sterile rental. It's ideal for people with less stuff. It’s just not for the long term.

This bright and spacious flat is surrounded by amazing greenery and the River Lea, overlooking Millfields Park in a lovely and calm location. It's also a short walk from the vibrant bars, restaurants, and shops of Clapton.

I am looking for two people to move in from October 2nd. I am happy to either give the place to people hunting as a pair, or pair up two people who don't know each other. If the latter, I will try to match two likeminded individuals!

The flat is fully furnished with beds, bedside tables, wardrobes, sofas, tables, and more, making it ideal for those needing to move in quickly without their own furniture. I cannot move this furniture out, so I am specifically looking for tenants who need somewhere fully furnished.

THE AREA
- The area is fantastic. The flat is 6/7 minute walk from Upper Clapton which has the station, a great gym and some nice cafes and restaurants
- Clapton is an overground station (Windrush Line) and is 12 minutes to Liverpool St
- The flat is 10 minutes walk from Lower Clapton and Chatsworth Road which has great shops, bars and restaurants; Hackney is a mile away
- It's a one minute walk from the River Lea / The Lea Valley where there are incredible open spaces and nice walking
