2. Wednesday November 27 between 6:30-8:30

- The area is fantastic. The flat is 6/7 minute walk from Upper Clapton which has the station, a great gym and some nice cafes and restaurants
- Clapton is an overground station and is 12 minutes to Liverpool St
- The flat is 10 minutes walk from Lower Clapton and Chatsworth Road which has great shops, bars and restaurants; Hackney is a mile away
- It's a one minute walk from the River Lea / The Lea Valley where there are incredible open spaces and nice walking
