Lodger wanted for pretty Riverside garden flat

I’m renting out my pretty spare room in a peaceful garden flat on the banks of the River Lea.
The room is a small double with a double bed provided & built in wardrobe.
Opposite the flat is the wide expanse of the Leyton marshes and we are also surrounded by Millfields park. This spot is the most tranquil place I’ve lived in London and really does feel like we’re in the countryside.
A ten minute stroll along the River brings you to the chatsworth Road with restaurants, shops & cafes and the best independent cinema in London.
A 12 minute stroll in the other direction takes you to Clapton overground station which will then take you to Liverpool Street station in a further 12 minutes.
Up near the station there is a wonderful cafe called the Tramstore and a fantastic gym called Blok with hundreds of gym classes, yoga classes & soundbaths. Both really are little gems.
I absolutely love living here and feel so lucky to have found such a great spot. It’s like living in the countryside in the big city.

I am looking for a female lodger to live along side.
My home is peaceful and I am looking for someone who would also appreciate a clean, tidy, calm home to relax in.
I spend most of my days out at my ceramics studio and I come home for peace and quiet & sleep.
The room won’t suit somebody working from home but might suit a student or somebody looking to find their feet in london for a month or two, or longer, if we’re happy.

I’m out several nights a week, either at my studio or out seeing friends.
If you are between homes and have a pet, I’d consider this too as I love animals but I have no pets right now.

Partners & parties are to be enjoyed off the premises
