Double room - short term rent - Clapton

Double room available for a short-term let in a 3 bed flat in Clapton.

Rent is £900 pcm. if you choose to take it up, we can both sign a lodgers agreement just so we're both protected.

The room is available from the 30th of August till the end of October, but there is a bit of flexibility.

Bit about the flat -
- we've got a garden (have successfully grown strawberries but also successfully killed a lot of other plants).
- the flatmates are both 26-27 yo girls who work full-time. They like the classic some nights in watching tv but also going to the pub, the odd night out etc. and are quite clean and tidy
- less than 10 min walk to clapton overground and a little further to hackney central and hackney downs
- close to hackney downs park
- 4 min walk to a small tescos, 15 mins to a big one.
