2 large double rooms in lovely house in Clapton

My period house is very close to the sought-after Chatsworth Road area, 7 mins from Homerton station, 5 minutes from Hackney marshes and all that rolling green space. There is a nice garden with a patio and apple tree.

I have 2 double rooms for rent (1 large master bedroom, 1 decent-sized double) and I'm looking for 2 professionals who will be respectful (tidy, not too noisy or coming home at crazy hours), for 6 months to a year. The third small double is rented to a PHD politics student / university tutor in her late 20s.

I am based in East Sussex for 1 year but come to London every other weekend and occasionally stay over 1 night a week (in the living room - which is reserved for my private use) for London meetings for my work as a sustainability consultant. I use the downstairs bathroom when I stay over.
