3 double rooms in lovely house in Hackney

I have 3 double rooms (1 master bedroom, 1 big double, 1 smaller double) to rent in lower Clapton, Hackney, available from 7th Sept. Shared bathroom (upstairs). Shared kitchen / living area (newly renovated). 40 ft garden.

The house is very close to the sought-after Chatsworth Road area, 10 mins from Homerton station, 2 minutes from Daubeney Fields, 5 minutes from Hackney marshes and all that lovely outdoor space.

I am a part-time live-in landlady (my partner and I split our time between E Sussex and London at the moment. We work in London 2 days a week, and I'm back every other weekend).

I'm looking for 3 professionals who are respectful, not too noisy, for 6 months to a year (possibly more - tbc).
