A spacious double room is available to rent in Clapton for £1000 per month.

No deposit required – rent is simply paid in advance on the day you move in (covering the full month).

The room is large and comfortable, ideal for a student, and will include:
• A desk (to be added)
• TV in the bedroom
• Storage space

Excellent transport links:
• Clapton Station is a 5-minute walk
• Plenty of bus routes available nearby, with easy access to surrounding areas

You will have access to:
• Fully equipped kitchen with your own space in the fridge
• Dishwasher
• Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
• Living room (you’re welcome to relax and spend time there)

The house is shared with me and my two daughters (10 and 7 years old). They are calm and respectful and won’t disturb you.

There is also a private garden, which you’re welcome to enjoy, especially during the summer 🌿

Just common sense – being respectful and keeping shared spaces clean after use (for example, after cooking or eating).
