One bed garden flat - Short let

Hello everyone,

I have a one bedroom garden flat available in Clapton for 3/4 months, up to 6/7 months, from the end of April.

Cosy & fully equipped 1-bedroom flat.
Open-plan living/kitchen, bathroom, bedroom overlooking the river, shared garden, all in good condition.

💷 1300 pounds, + around 275 bills. (Less in summer)

📍 It's 20mn walk to Stoke Newington but the location is quite unique, it's like living in the countryside so we are less connected than other places.

I walk all the time but depending on your preferences it might be better if you have a bike, scooter or car.
