Sole use of the flat most of the time

I am letting the bedroom in my one bedroom flat with the sole use of the flat most of the time.

I am abroad for extended periods for work and come to London only from time to time. I am a product designer building a startup.

When I am in London I will stay in the living room, which has sofa bed. Otherwise you can use it as your living room, and be the only tenant in the flat.

All bills are included, including the council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet. Minimum 12 months.
