10-15 minutes walk away
Description
Double Room Sublet from around between 3rd-5th October for ONE MONTH. (Could have a little of bit of flexibility).
Clapton.
10-15 Mins walk from Hackney Central/ Hackney Downs/ Clapton overground stations.
Double room with mezzanine bed in grown-up, friendly first floor flat.
You'll be taking my room (Ivy - actor, creative) and sharing with Joe (sustainability & urban farming) & Maria (til mid-October when she leaves for snowboard season).
The flat's genuinely large, with bright living spaces, high ceilings and lots of light. We like our plants. There's space to work from home if you need to - we do sometimes and just juggle around each other's needs - simple stuff.
We're social but defo not a party flat - doors open for chats, dinners or a glass of wine, but we also value downtime and privacy. Think "friendly adults with their own lives".
Details:
£1100
£200 deposit
Bills included
Available Oct 3-5th for one month
Looking for someone kind, tidy, and easy going - ideally someone who enjoys a creative, green-minded and respectful home vibe.
If this sounds like your fit, drop us a quick intro! As this is a quick turnaround, hoping to arrange viewings soon.
Cheers!
