Flat share

Grown-up, friendly 3-bed flat in Clapton E5. You’ll be sharing with Joe (sustainability & urban-farming). I'm leaving the home I've shared with Joe for the last 4 years as moving in with my partner. We have also shared the flat with a short term lodger, Maria, who will be leaving to go back to the slopes for the winter season mid-October.

The Room is available for 3 months from the move in date & has a & 3.2m ceiling height & double bed on a mezzanine with a built-in clothes rail under bed for storage. Aside from the built-in mezzanine/ double bed, the room comes unfurnished.

The flat’s genuinely large, with bright living spaces, really high ceilings and lots of light. Lot of plants. There's space to work from home if you need to - we both do sometimes too and just juggle around each others' needs - simple stuff.

We have enjoyed social evenings in/out, but definitely not a party flat — doors open for chats, dinners or a glass of wine, but we also value downtime and privacy. Think “friendly adults with their own lives”.

The location is great - 10-15 mins walk to Hackney central, Hackney Downs and Clapton rail stations. Great local area with plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs and green spaces.

This has been a truly great home for the past few years.
