Lovely small double in Clapton – £800 pcm

Hello! We’re looking for a new housemate to move into our lovely house in Clapton, Hackney, from November.

You’d be living with Jess (28) and Nick (29) - we’re good friends, both friendly and sociable, and enjoy having a nice atmosphere at home while also respecting each other’s space.

A little bit about us: Jess works as a civil servant and Nick is an operations manager. Jess works as a civil servant and Nick is an operations manager. Outside of work, we enjoy going for a pint, grabbing a coffee, heading to a pub quiz, or watching a film. We’re sociable and enjoy doing things as a house, but equally appreciate having our own time and space. We’re also clean and tidy and would love someone who is the same!

The room & house: The room is a small double, available for £800 pcm.

The house is in a great spot in Clapton, just 5 minutes from the station and surrounded by plenty of green space, including Hackney Marshes, the River Lea, Walthamstow Wetlands and Millfields Park. There are also loads of great coffee shops, pubs and restaurants nearby, with everything else you need within easy reach.

The tenancy is now rolling, although we’d ideally love someone looking to stay for at least 6 months, so they can properly settle into the house and make it their home.

We’re looking for someone to move in fairly quickly, so please only get in touch if the timing works for you.
