Room to rent in Victorian conversion

I’m a fashion brand owner I work from home roughly 2 days a week and then from my office the rest. I’m pretty active, go to the gym a lot, love going to the pub, festivals in the summer, cooking, cost nights etc - love the odd party but quite into the wholesome life these days!

I have been living with my best friend for the last five years, but she’s just moved out with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone new to move in. I think I’d ideally be looking for a female or LGBTQ+ flatmate.

I’m out quite a lot and have my own friends and life, but it would be nice to live with someone I get on well with and can have dinner or watch a film with sometimes too. My boyfriend sometimes stays and he has a dog ( just in case you don't like them)

The flat is my quiet sanctuary so I’m definitely not looking for someone who wants to party at home, but obviously happy for friends to come over etc.

The room is free now, so ideally looking for someone who can move in straight away or pretty soon.
