Double room in Upper Clapton - £850 + bills - Available 1st November

We have a very spacious double room available in our flat in Upper Clapton from 1st November. Comes unfurnished, but clothing rail and bed frame might stay.

£850pcm + bills, with bills currently coming to around £120pcm.

You’d be living with myself, 31, french, works at a gallery and Izaac from NZ, late 20s, who works in a photo lab. We’re both sociable and enjoy having a chat, cooking together, watching a good film or getting stuck into The Traitors, but we also tend to do our own thing in our free time. We’re looking for someone who’d fit naturally into that kind of dynamic.

It’s a professional household rather than a party flat, but we like the flat to feel like an actual home :) We’re friendly and sociable while also giving each other plenty of space.

We’d ideally love to find another woman in her late 20s–early 30s.

The flat is in Upper Clapton, with Clapton station a short walk away and Liverpool Street around 15 minutes by train. There are also lots of shops, cafés, pubs and green space nearby.
