Cosy room for a girl over christmas holiday ✨

I am travelling back home to Europe for Christmas and I am looking for someone trustworthy and respectful to sublet my room to.

The room is available from 17th December to 12th January. The rent is £850 for the whole period( bills included) with a £200 refundable deposit, returned at the end of the stay provided there is no damage.
Please note that the dates can be flexible and the rent will be adjusted accordingly (minimum stay is 2 weeks).

I live in an LGBTQ+ house in Clapton (Hackney). The first thing you’ll see once you open the door is the beautiful giant trees of the park on the other side of the road. The canals leading to Hackney Wick are literally round the corner. Buzzing Hackney, with all its shops, cafes and nightlife, is right there!
You are less than a 10 minute walk from Clapton overground station, where you can catch trains to Liverpool Street and go to Central London.

The house is fairly big: we have a living room, a big kitchen, a garden and two bathrooms, one on each floor. It is warm and comfortable during winter.
Bills, WI-FI and council tax are included, and we have a cleaner coming once a week to clean shared spaces.

My room has a double bed, overlooks the garden and is quiet. Beautiful sunlight comes through in the morning, and you often see foxes roaming around the plants. The space is not very big but cosy: there’s a rug, a chair, a secretaire, a wardrobe and a SAD lamp if you suffer from winter blues!
I will make some space for you to store your belongings while you’re here and leave two sets of bedsheets for you.

I am looking for someone respectful, preferably a woman, ideally between 25 and 40, clean and considerate, who will be a temporary housemate rather than just a guest. We’re a friendly, multicultural house of five, mostly in our 20s and 30s. We have a cat, Divine, who is our star. 💕 He’s friendly and always keen to socialise.

I am not sure who will be around over Christmas and New Year's Eve. We are not a party house but the occasional festive party may take place!
