Description
Hello!
We're looking for a new flatmate in our spacious house with a lovely garden in Lower Clapton
The room is available from the 9th November, and move-in date is flexible during November. The price is 1070, plus bills between 190-225 (including a cleaner twice a month).
You'd be sharing the house with 4 professionals in their 30s and 40s who work in various industries (tech, media art, TV, social policy). We all get on well and are looking for more than just a flatmate. That said, we are all busy adults, doing our own thing most of the time, but we enjoy having a chat, dinner or pint together every now and again.
The house is a 5-bedroom house with a living room, a kitchen/dining area, two bathrooms, and a garden. The house is near the river Lea, lots of nice cafes and close to Clapton overground. It’s a 5-10 min bike ride to Hackney Central/London Fields/Dalston etc.
This is an lgbtq+ friendly house. We're sorry, but we can't accept couples.
If you're interested, drop us a message with a couple of lines about yourself, and we'll get in touch. Doing viewings soon!
