3 bedrooms are going to be available from mid-December in Clapton

Hi guys! We have three flatmates who are moving out in December to have their own place (our landlord has been planning to sell the house since June, so there will be no guarantee of how long we can live here)✨ The rooms will come unfinished

En-suite £810:
It's on the top floor and faces the garden. It also features an en-suite with a shower and some built-in storage. (You are right, you have your own bathroom 😉)

Double bedroom upstairs £755
It's on the top floor and faces the street, this room is the biggest and gets lots of daylight.

Double bedroom downstairs £700
Good-sized double room with a door that connects to the garden, you will have a little space outside your room to use.

Bills:
Around £70-120 during each (including council tax, water, gas/ electricity/ internet)
We have a cleaning rota, you can get the cleaner to clean for your week (chip in for £10 per week)
Please keep in mind that you will have to pay one month's rent plus a deposit when you move in

You will share with:
Yankee (a make-up artist, Hong Kong) and Jack (a marketing manager, London), we are both easy-going, chill and respectful. It's a home for us and we like to keep it clean and tidy, always check with the others if we have friends coming to stay 🩵
You might not see everyone around a lot at the same time but we are always up for a chat in the kitchen 😊 x

About the house:
We have 1.5 bathrooms in the house (not including the ensuite), an open kitchen connected to the garden, a dining area/ living room, and we have a small guest room that can host friends from time to time. The garden needs a bit of love so if you are interested in gardening would be a bonus 🏡

Prime location:
The house is a 2-minute walk to Clapton Overground Station and there is a popular cafe just across the road
