Sunny Room with Garden View in Victorian Terrace

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our three-bedroom house in mid-to-late December. It’s a sunny, private room overlooking a lovely back garden, with space to work from home as well as relax.

Another housemate is moving out in early December, so there’s also the opportunity to take both rooms if you’re looking with a friend. The rooms become available at slightly different times, but it could be a good option for two people hoping to find a home together.

The room:
The room is on the first floor, at the back of the house, with a beautiful view over the garden. It gets plenty of sunlight and feels private.

There’s enough space for a double bed, plus a desk and/or an armchair, depending on how you’d like to arrange it. If you work from home or want somewhere to sit and read away from the shared areas, there’s room to make that work.

The house:
The house has three bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen opening onto a sizeable private back garden, and a small shared sitting room. The kitchen has enough space to have people round for dinner. The garden is one of my favourite things about living here, especially in the warmer months.

You’d be sharing with my housemate, a 33-year-old woman who works in local politics and DJs on the side. The third person will depend on who takes the other room.

Moving in:
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in mid-to-late December, with the exact date to be agreed. The other room is available from early December.
