Quiet, simply furnished, cosy room with double bed in a large, beautiful and tastefully decorated house with 2 others. We are just off Lower Clapton Road, close to Chatsworth and the marshes. Bills included. Near Clapton Pond and plenty of buses.
The house has plenty of space with a fabulous kitchen/diner which opens onto the south facing decked garden but we have a roof terrace for times when we need a bit more privacy. The house has sophisticated alarm system. Residents parking is available if needed.
Our house is on a very quiet side road and we like a calm environment to live in. There is no smoking inside the house. No couples, no pets. I am a live-in land-lady, my boyfriend is around at times and there are no children. Preference will be given to those not working from home.
PLEASE NOTE: this room is furnished and therefore not suitable for someone with their own bed/desk/ etc.
