We have a large double bedrooms ensuite available sharing with 3 young professionals, two male and one female.

The house is over four floors. It has a big roof terrace with great views and a separate living area with kitchen.

The bedroom is a large en suite double room on the top floor. It has sliding doors onto a terrace so there is lots of natural light. There is an ensuite shower and toilet.

We share a big living room with a dining and kitchen area (with cooker, washer dryer and dishwasher). This is on the first floor. The place is decorated with wooden floors, white walls and lots of light. The other bedrooms are on the second floor.

The house is very central - walking distance to the City and West End, on a quiet street off Goswell Road. It is a 5 minute walk to Angel tube station (if that), 7 minutes to Old Street and 10 minutes to Farringdon and Kings Cross. There is a gym at the top of the road

We are close to the restaurants, coffee shops, bars and supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco, Iceland and specialist providers) of Islington and Clerkenwell.

We are looking for a professional roommate . We have a cleaner and split all bills equally. They come to roughly £140 each per month.

We do our best to keep the house clean and tidy, and are looking for somebody who will do the same

Your contract will be direct with our landlord.

Finally, there is free parking right in front of the house.
