Seeking Female for Double Room in Clerkenwell

Hi!

Looking for someone to fill a double room in a lovely flat in the heart of Clerkenwell. Former tenant moved out to live closer to their university.
It's £232.5/week, and bills come out to £60/month (water, heat, electricity, WiFi).

The Room
- good-sized double room
- well lit
- fully furnished: bed, walk-in closet (really the best thing about the room), full-length mirror, dresser, shelves

The Flat
- spacious kitchen: includes seating area, stocked with kitchenware, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer
- wooden floors
- storage closet
- living room: includes printer, sofa, shelves, coffee table
- shared bathroom
- no TV (feel free to bring your own TV though - pretty sure it can be mounted on the wall in both the bedroom and living room)

Transport Links
- 8 minutes walk to Chancery Lane Station (Central line)
- 8 minutes walk to Farringdon Station (Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan lines; Thameslink)
- 13 minutes walk to Holborn Station (Piccadilly and Central lines)
- 2-3 minutes walk to 4 bus stops

The Area
- 3 minutes walk to Sainsbury's
- 6 minutes walk to Tesco Express
- 8 minutes walk to Marks and Spencer
- 9 minutes walk to Tesco and Waitrose

- So, so many shops, pubs/bars, restaurants, cafes etc around. There's Leather Lane 2 minutes away, which is a street of food kiosks with every food imaginable everyday from around 11-3pm. And it's so easy to get to other parts of London. e. g. Soho and Shoreditch in 15-20 mins.

Flatmate
- I'm a 23-year-old postgraduate student. I believe I'm kind, thoughtful, and considerate. I take pride in keeping the place clean and tidy (this is super important to me so I would hope to share with someone with the same habits). I'm quite introverted, laid-back, and tend to keep to myself, but also friendly and happy to do things with others. Really just looking for someone on the same wavelength :-)
