Double room in beautiful flat in Clerkenwell

Looking for a flatmate to join me in a recently renovated Georgian flat in Clerkenwell. The location is perfect, a stone’s throw from Exmouth Market, Angel and Upper St, walking distance to Kings Cross and Holborn.

The flat is a large 2 bed period terrace (ground and lower ground floor) with a huge, bright well-equipped kitchen & spacious living/dining room with original features – wooden floorboards, nice big fireplace, wooden shutters etc. There’s also a big private decking area/garden out back which will be perfect for BBQs come the summer. The house has all the mod cons (washing machine, big TV, broadband etc).

You’ll be living with me, I’m 34, work in PR, am friendly, laid back, like to travel around quite a bit but also spend quality time when at home cooking, watching bad tv and drinking wine/going to the local pub, so ideally I’m looking for someone like-minded to share the place with.

The room available is a lovely double bedroom. It’s furnished with a king bed and there’s also room for a chest of drawers and a small wardrobe/hanging rail.

The house is literally 5 minutes walk from Angel which gives fast access to everywhere in central London. There are also excellent bus services to central, Victoria and East London. Round the corner you have the cool little shops of Amwell Street, or down the road you have Exmouth Market. It’s basically the best location on the best-looking street in London, but I might be a little biased 😊

The room is available from 30 December or 30 January. The rent is £1250/month and bills will be around £120 between the two of us.
