Must love dogs, colourful weekday rent in Ctl Ldn

I am looking for a professional to stay in my second room during the week. The flat is in a beautiful Central London location but in a lovely quiet & peaceful spot.

Your room is a good size double with plenty of wardrobe space and a damned comfortable mattress. I stay in the other room.

There is also a new kitchen with all mod cons as well as table for six. The sitting room is separate to the kitchen, which I really like, so we won't feel like we are on top of each other all the time. The flat is set up for streaming TV and Sonos. We share a bathroom with over bath shower.

You must like dogs as my gentle greyhound lives here too, any help with walks is appreciated but not required.

You are walking distance to anywhere you want to be - Islington, Kings Cross, Farringdon, Soho, Bloomsbury, Barbican, Shoreditch etc... but I especially love hanging out in vibrant Exmouth Market, a 5 min walk.

Bills are included, as is a cleaner.
