The 2storey flat is equipped with wooden floor, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a spacious living room and.. a private garden. Basically two luxuries in one single house.
You will be sharing with myself, Rossana and Tomas.
MUST: You must be clean and tidy and respectful of other’s people space and privacy. No singers, instrument players or noisy people.
12-months contract and 1month safety deposit required to be paid upfront with the first month rent.
