It will be available the 4TH OF APRIL and the rent is £690 + bills so the total usually ends up in £750/month. There’s a joint contract that runs until end of September with possibility to renew the contract. Deposit £690.

Great location close to Angel, with a 7min walk to Angel Station (Northern Line) and less than 10min walk to Farringdon Station (Thameslink, Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City Line)

Small Sainsburys and Co-op just seconds away from the flat. Big Sainsburys/Waitrose/Iceland/M& S less than a 10min walk away.

It’s a big room and the flat has a lot of storage space too. The flat is shared with three lovely flatmates around 20-25 years old. The flatmates are working in recruitment, investment banking & one is studying literature. We love a good chat in the kitchen with a glass of wine but also respect each other’s privacy of course.
