A large sunny double bedroom is available from 27th September in our friendly, but relaxing flat share. It is our home, not just a flat.

Suitable for working from home. Not noisy. A pleasant, roomy, light, and airy flat. There are local transport links to all over London and lots to do within walking distance.

You will be sharing with Taylor and Tamara in a clean bright space with plenty of natural light. We are looking for a friendly flatmate who is clean and tidy, respectful and does not mind the occasional pub trip or trivia night.

You would share a lovely lounge with a balcony, a great kitchen and an extra seating area/bar in the hallway. There is a bathroom and separate toilet and good storage.

We are not a party house, but we are friendly and relaxed, like our own space but also spend time together socialising. I have really enjoyed my time in this flat and I think you will too!

This master room comes with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed.

The rent for this room is £1080.

Deposit is £1000.

Bills are approx. £130-150 per person and include gas (but only for cooking), electricity, water, council tax, and internet. Service charge, heating and hot water are included in the rent.

The flat has:

- A bar area with space to sit and use your laptop or have a drink.

Good news there are no agency fees, as we are privately renting from our landlady, Anne.
