I am looking to fill a vacant double room in my ground floor flat. It has a built-in closet and is garden facing so nice and quiet. It also comes with a new bed.
Shared areas include the shower and bathroom, kitchen and a lovely little garden, a rarity in Zone 1!

Bills are extra, £100 a month which includes council tax, utilities, TV licence and high speed internet.

The flat is in an excellent location, equidistant from Old Street, Farringdon, Barbican and Angel tube stations, all around 10mins walk. We are right by City University and down the road from Angel college so great for students.

You will be sharing with me, a journalist, and Holly, who works in sales.
We're fun, busy people with active lives and we are looking for a neat and tidy person who is as comfortable in their own company as chatting with us. Respectful of each other's space yet willing to be part of the household too.
