I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate/lodger 😊. Im open to short or long term lets

I'm bubbly, positive and down to earth, working in the charity/therapy sector. Im chirpy and friendly, so it's important to me to live with someone with good vibes and who I can get along with. Though I do also need a fair amount of down time, and tend to keep to myself more often than not on weekday evenings.

This place would suit someone who, like me, already has their life set up in London. Someone who is happy to chat and hang out occasionally, but not relying on their flat to build their social life,

What matters most to me is good happy energy, respect, and a sense of humour :). I’m looking for someone easy to live with, clean, organised, not a partier, and in a good place in their life.

I do all the house admin and really like to keep things nice and clean! I work from home a lot and due to the nature of my work its best the person I live with is in the office a fair amount. So my place is ideal for anyone working centrally!

The bedroom comes with the bed, mattress, chair,
bookcase, 2 chests of drawers, 4 large under bed storage boxes, clothes rail and black-out curtains. You can add what you like

Pros:

- Close to all the good stuff (2 minutes to Exmouth
market, 15 minutes to Angel)
- Light, bright and homely flat
- Big rooms, high ceilings
- Not a party flat/I rarely drink so you don't have to worry about a party/big-drinker atmosphere or disruptions
- Bike storage
- Only two of us sharing the bathroom

Little bit more about the flat:
- 10 min walk from Chancery Lane and Farringdon station too.
- I cover the cost of cleaning supplies, toilet roll & washing up liquid etc and ask that we share the cost of a cleaner to come twice a month to do the flat. This is a non-negotiable for me
- The contract will be a lodger agreement so you will pay rent to me which includes council tax and all bills.
- This price previously included all bills but with energy prices rising continuously, I ask that we split the cost of any bills that are higher than the average bills before increases started a few years ago. Please note this is something that only happens a few months a year
