The flat is on a quiet street close to a Georgian square and garden. It is five minutes from Exmouth Market and a ten-minute walk from Upper Street, which has a great range of shops, restaurants, cinemas and bars.

It is very close to City University, and convenient for both the City and the West End. It’s also less than half an hour on foot from Shoreditch to the East and Covent Garden to the West, with plenty of public transport options.
