Gorgeous Double Room Angel Flexible Move In Date

Hi all, I am looking for a flatmate to take over the second room in the flat and make this place feel like home with me.

It's a really cute charming flat in Zone 1 in Clerkenwell, not far from Angel and Exmouth market both within a 5-min walk. Absolutely great location, walking distance from Kind Cross (20 mins) and 7-min away from the Northern line. Large Sainsbury's, Waitrose and M&S as well as a Sunday farmers' market all 7-min walk away.

The double room is large and can easily fit a desk. The carpet you see has now been removed in the whole flat. The room receives a lot of light during the day.

Bonus: the washing machine is also a tumble dryer.

Scaffoldings: you can see the scaffoldings on the video. This is temporary work to change the windows of the whole building (brand new windows with double-glazing). The rent is likely to increase a bit once these are removed (forecast: end of December).

Bills are not included, about £150 per person per month.

I'm from France (lived in the UK for 7 years now), I work for the government in Westminster. I enjoy baking, yoga (I trained as a teacher), politics, reading and food. I work from the office >50% of the week. I would love to find a flatmate who is up for evening chats, sharing a meal together, hanging out on the weekends while also being respectful to each others space, keeping the common areas tidy etc.

Availability: I am looking for someone to move in asap.
