Double room in sociable Clerkenwell flat

Double bedroom available in our Clerkenwell flat.

We are looking for another girl, aged between 24 - 28 to join our house. Please note due to landlord requirements we can only accept those with a full time job, no students.

We're Becky, Lola & Hazel, 3 sociable girls in our mid 20's, all very down to earth and chatty. We all work full time and like to do our own thing but spend most evenings together in front of the TV binge watching Love Island & Married At First Sight.

We're looking for another girl between the age of 24 - 28 to join our home, ideally somebody who does not work from home but is clean, sociable (we love a house outing!) and keen to help us make the flat more homely. Plants and artwork are a welcome bonus!

The contract is a rolling monthly contract but we are ideally looking for someone who would like to stay long term.

The flat comprises of 4 bedrooms with a large shared living room with balcony, shared bathroom + separate WC and spacious kitchen.

The room available has plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers which are all included with the room.

Rent is £621.67 per month + bills (usually around £100 PCM)
Deposit is £775 (evenly split between the whole house)

Location is unbeatable. Our estate is on the corner of Exmouth Market which has great bars and restaurants. We are also walking distance from Angel station (Northern line), Farringdon station (Elizabeth/Circle/Hammersmith/TFL), Holborn station (Central/Piccadilly) or Kings Cross (everything!)
