A first floor , apartment room (4x5m) overlooking Myddelton Square. Big sofa, desk, etc.
Sunny eat in kitchen overlooking garden with washing machine, microwave and shared bathroom with bath/ shower and shared south facing garden.
Sadly losing my most recent flatmate who came for 3 months but stayed for 4 years, but has now returned to be with his fiancée.
I'm very open minded, more radio 4 than banging music and usually away at least one or two weekends a month, or if not away, out and about.
Looking for someone similar and independent with a friendly demeanour, tidy and who may like to share meals or bottle of wine every now and again.
Also I am open for a Monday to Friday let, at a lesser amount.
