Equidistant between Exmouth Market and Angel

A first floor , apartment room (4m x 5m) overlooking the rather lovely Georgian Myddelton Square. Good bed, your own big sofa, desk, etc.

Sunny eat in kitchen overlooking garden with washing machine. Shared sitting room facing the Square, bathroom (bath/ shower) and south facing garden.

I'm very open minded, more radio 4 than banging music and usually away at least one or two weekends a month, or if not away travelling with work, out and about.

Looking for someone similarly independent, tidy and with a friendly demeanour, who may like to share meals or a glass or two, every now and again.

Short term lets are fine, too.

I am open, also, to a Monday to Friday let, at a lesser amount.
