Room In Clerkenwell From July

PLEASE READ THE WHOLE AD FOR INFO ON VIEWINGS!

Our housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over the room in our friendly houseshare in Clerkenwell. We are two PhD students looking for someone of similar age to live with us: we like to have a chat together at the end of the day and to maintain a cosy and friendly atmosphere at home.

The whole flat is on the ground floor, there are three rooms and no living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. All the rooms are quite spacious (the one advertised is 4.4x2.8 m), so there is plenty of space in the bedroom for a desk to work from home.

The room is free from July 17th - possibly earlier. Rent is currently at £900 + bills, but we wouldn't be surprised if the landlord highers it with the new contract. Bills are variable, but usually less than £100/mo each for WiFi, gas and electricity. We will hire a cleaner for communal cleaning. Note that we are not currently paying council tax, so we'd prefer someone who qualifies as a student or would be willing to pay it (although you would enjoy 25% off). The landlord asks for a proof of liquidity such as payslips/cash in a current or savings account/ a guarantor. The deposit is £1000.
