Small room (2.83m X 2.36m) with single bed, built-in desk, wardrobe and 3 shelves available in Clerkenwell, within Parmoor Court.

Council Tax, Water Bills, Heating, Virgin TV & Fibre Optic Broadband all included. We pay for Electricity with a top-up meter and it costs £20 per person per month, on top of the all-inclusive rent.

Soonest possible move-in date: middle-end of November. If you can only move in early December that's fine too!

About the flatmates: we are 3 females. Veronica (Italian, 35), Laura (Italian, 27), Christina (American, 26). We are all working professionals.

We have a shared kitchen-living room with a small balcony.

We would like a female flatmate who works and is not a student, as all of us in the flat have the same circumstances. We don't have a cleaner. We are far from being clean freaks, however we would like someone who cleans up after themselves and takes turns with us in cleaning the communal areas of the house.

We are located within easy walking distance of tube stations: Barbican (6 min walk), Old Street (9 min walk) Farringdon (12 min walk), and Angel (15 min walk). You will have access to National Rail, the Circle Line, Hammersmith & City Line, Metropolitan Line and the Northern Line.
